Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases made through ParkCentrPass.pro are subject to the refund policies of Central Park Zoo. As we act as an intermediary, we adhere to their guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges. Generally:
- Non-Refundable: Most tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please verify your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
- Date Changes: Date changes may be possible depending on the specific ticket type and Central Park Zoo’s policies. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a date change, and we will assist you in contacting the zoo. Date changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and potential fees imposed by the zoo.
- Cancellations by Central Park Zoo: If Central Park Zoo cancels an event or closes due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. In such cases, we will work with the zoo to facilitate the refund process.
Tour Bookings
Similar to ticket purchases, tour bookings are also subject to Central Park Zoo’s policies. Please note the following:
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour. Please review the specific tour details at the time of booking for cancellation terms. Some tours may offer a full refund if canceled within a specified timeframe, while others may be non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling a tour may be possible, subject to availability and the zoo’s policies. Contact us as soon as possible to request a reschedule.
- Tour Cancellations: If Central Park Zoo cancels a tour, you will be entitled to a full refund. We will process the refund as quickly as possible.
Our Commission
Our commission fee is non-refundable, except in cases where Central Park Zoo cancels an event or tour and provides a full refund. In such instances, we will refund our commission along with the ticket or tour price.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@parkcentrpass.pro with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund/exchange request
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., cancellation notice from Central Park Zoo)
We will review your request and contact Central Park Zoo on your behalf. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your request.
Important Notes
- ParkCentrPass.pro is not responsible for weather-related issues or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your visit to Central Park Zoo.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may prevent you from attending your booked event or tour.
- This refund and return policy is subject to change without notice. Please review the policy each time you make a purchase.
